The $5 Shipping applies to your entire order, whether it be one, or ten items. This is our way of saying thank you.

This offer applies only to orders shipped within the US.

Shipping Information:
Most of our items are shipped within 3-4 days of receiving the order, often times sooner. Many of our products are custom made, so the shipping time will vary. Some items such as our gift sets may take up to 5 days to ship. We ship USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping Outside the US
If you live outside the US, there will be additional charges. We ship to other countries only with prior approval.

Privacy
We respect your privacy. Our packages are discreetly wrapped and shipped using our Corporate name.

We custom make and design most of our products, so please do not expect machine perfection. To see our toys in action, please visit our photo gallery.

We have shopped for the best quality items as you will see once your first package arrives. Play varies from one person to another, and for this reaason we do not recommend our toys for heavy scenes.

All of our toys are Dom tested and approved!

Returns:
Do your products come with a guarantee?
Yes. With normal use, we guarantee our products for six months. Please know that our designs are not meant for heavy play. Rosy Bottom reserves the right to exclude any damage caused by negligence and/or normal wear and tear.

How to return a product.
We are not responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Be sure to include your original receipt, or your name and approximate date of purchase, so we can credit you properly.
