>>Is my transaction with you secure?
Yes. Our servers are secure. Look for the https:// and lock when ordering. Your credit card info is NOT stored on this site. The only people who have access to it are my Credit Card Bank.

>>Why do I need to sign up for an account?
First off your information is secure. Signing up for an account gives you access to shipping info, invoices, order history and all kinds of things. It really does make it easier for me and for you.

>>Do your products come with a guarantee?
Yes. With normal use, we guarantee our products for six months. Please know that our designs are not meant for heavy play. Rosy Bottom reserves the right to exclude any damage caused by negligence and/or normal wear and tear.

Shipping:

>>How do you ship?
We ship in discreet packages for USPS Priority Mail. The return address is from Street Chic Fashions. Most of our items ship within 3-4 days of receiving your order.

>>Do you ship to Europe or Asia?
We only ship within the US as a norm. However I will ship overseas if the order is not too heavy or big for airmail. Airmail has proved very reliable.

Product Questions:

>>Do you make everything?
All of our Jewely and Bedroom items are 100% designed and made by us. They are unique and ours exclusively. Our household items, such as the spoons, spatulas, and bath brushes are decorated by us. In addition, we only chose the best items we could find to make these items with. Do you know how hard it is to find quality wood products these days? It is not easy and we feel some of these products will be in limited quantity. We make several items for the Headmaster, and we also work with other vendors whose products we like, such as the paddles. The riding crops come from an excellent vendor of ours, and we bring them to you at great savings.

>>What is the big deal with Made In The USA?
First off I believe we all should buy products Made in the USA when we can. Leather from the USA is still a byproduct for food, etc. There are strict quality standards when leather is tanned and dyed here. Buying products Made in China there is NO guarantee of what that leather is and is often made from dogs and cats. There are virtually NO quality regulations in the tanning and dying of hides. In India they often skin cows alive to stay within their religious boundaries. I find that cruel. Their standards for tanning are a joke and no way would I sell something I might find dangerous like arsenic in the color process. Do not even get me going on things that come from Pakistan!

Soapbox Warning: I truly believe it is up to us in the lifestyle to provide the safest play environment we can. Using NOT SAFE products from other countries falls into that category for me. You may be able to find cheaper leather products made in India on other sites (not really... other stores just have a bigger markup), and that choice is up to you. For me, I will not sell anything I would not have used on me.

And no, I do not belong to PETA, I just believe in safety first with a lot of compassion thrown in.

>>Do you really test everything?
Why yes we do. :) We either test them in our play, or items such as our jewely is tested in real world settings, like work, shopping, clubbing, etc.
